Man stuck in windshield recalls bizarre crash

"God is good. He had his hands on me that day," said Steven Gove, the Manitowoc news paper carrier that escaped a serious injury after he was stuck in the windshield of a moving vehicle that hit him on Saturday night. Gove is happy to be alive he told as he recalled the hit and run. The police arrested a 20 year old man who was intoxicated when he hit Gove. Steven Gove was riding his three wheeled bike as the car hit him and he went through the windsheild of the car.
